Who is Ipek Ozsoy ?

Ipek Ozsoy is the Founder and Managing Director of META Artist Management & Consultancy based in London.

Ipek Ozsoy is the Founder and Managing Director of META Artist Management & Consultancy based in London, UK. She resides in London and manages artists, live music projects, gives PR, consultancy and events services to clients from both United Kingdom and Turkey.

Originally from Istanbul, she has read International Relations and done her thesis on Political Psychology at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where she started her music management career in her school years. She has managed bookings, promoted club nights and produced various types of live events in St. Andrews during her time as the President of the Music Fund of the University of St. Andrews Students’ Association.

Before she stepped into event promoting and artist management, she performed many years either with a band or solo as a singer-songwriter. She put on festivals, worked music production jobs, assisted Turkish arranger & musician Iskender Paydas in his studio work & live concerts, while also managing his projects and representing him internationally.

Ipek has gathered a diverse European roster and built a network spreading across genres and nationalities with her artists, all coming together at META Artist Management & Consultancy LTD. As a PR professional and artist representative, she covers tour management, artist management, music consultancy, booking, promoting and project management in London and in Istanbul, with styles ranging from techno to post-electro, pop-rock, folk music, jazz and alternative rock.
